Susie is an investment manager specialising in the management of private client, SIPP, trust and charity portfolios. She joined Rathbones in 2014 and worked in our Lymington office until 2020. Susie is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. She graduated from Imperial College London with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Biology.
Tiffany Gervaise-Brazier

Tiffany is an experienced Investment Director at Rathbones Investment Management International, based in Guernsey, where she has managed multi-asset discretionary portfolios for private clients, offshore trusts, and corporates for over a decade. With a strong track record of delivering tailored investment solutions, Tiffany brings a wealth of expertise and a client-centric approach to her role. Tiffany joined Rathbones having been a part of the Investec Wealth and Investment (CI) since 2021.
Alastair McLean

Alastair is a Chartered Wealth Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. He has a law degree from The University of Dundee as well as an MBA from the University of Strathclyde Graduate School of Business. He joined James Finlay Investment Management in 1987 where he worked as an investment manager until the company was acquired by Brewin Dolphin in 1996 where he served as a divisional director until joining Rathbones in 2015.

He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI) as well as an Affiliate member of the Association of Corporate Governance Practitioners. He holds the CFA Certificate in ESG Investment and is a member of the investment committee at Birmingham Women’s & Children’s Hospital and a Trustee of Forest of Hearts.

Portfolios are tailored to each client's requirements and objectives to ensure they achieve their financial goals and it suits their present and future needs. I work with both private individuals and IFAs where, as a team, we pride ourselves on working closely with both the adviser and their clients to help manage portfolios in a tax efficient manner.

Jeremy joined Rathbones in June 2014. Previously he was head of the London office of Tilney Private Wealth Management when Deutsche Bank acquired the business in 2006. He joined Tilney in 1989 from Chase Manhattan Securities and has over 30 years’ experience in the industry. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, Jeremy leads a team of nine investment professionals and support staff who are managing private client, trust and charity clients with a heavy focus on the direct investment style.

Phil Wyatt

Phil is an investment director, who manages a variety of investment portfolios. After graduating from Southampton University with an honours degree in Sports Science, Phil joined HSBC later that year. Phil spent 14 years working in the Private Client department of HSBC Global Asset Management managing portfolios for private clients, personal pension funds, trusts and charities. He is a Chartered Member of the Institute for Securities and Investment.
