Stephanie is a Chartered Financial Planner with over 20 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry. After graduating from the University of Glasgow with BSc (Hons) in 2004, she started her career with Bank of Scotland where she trained and qualified as a financial planner. She laterally worked as an Independent Financial Adviser before joining Rathbones in early 2024. Stephanie is passionate about building relationships with clients and helping meet their financial objectives through holistic financial planning.

I joined Saunderson House in 2009 after graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University with a first-class Honours degree in Financial Services. I am a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, having become authorised to provide regulated advice in 2012. I became part of Rathbones Financial Planning following the acquisition of Saunderson House in October 2021. I am passionate about providing expert financial advice with unrivalled levels of service and transparency.
Myles Martin

Myles is a financial planner based in the North West and has been with Rathbones since 2018. He is a graduate of the University of Liverpool, with a first class honours degree in International Business. He provides bespoke financial planning advice to individuals at various stages in their life, focusing on tax-efficient investments, retirement and estate planning. Myles also prepares detailed long-term cashflow forecasts to help his clients understand how their wealth can shape their future and enjoys providing the reassurance that people can achieve their goals.
Justin Armet

Justin is an investment director and has a broad range of investment mandates including those for private clients, SIPPs, trusts, and local charities. Justin is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland and holds the Private Client Investment Advice and Management (PCIAM) which is a CISI Level 6 qualification.

She started her administrative career in 2004 in various industries and has over a decade of investment admin experience. Sarah lives in Kent with her partner and young daughter. In her spare time she is a keen photographer having studied photography and art in Leicester.
Andrea Hanley

Andrea joined Rathbones in April 2015 as an investment manager and specialises in the management of charities and private clients as well as looking after pension and trust portfolios. Andrea started her career with Brewin Dolphin in April 2004 and has achieved her Diploma in Investment Compliance and her Private Client Investment Advice and Management qualification. She is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (FCSI).
Natalie Rizzi

Natalie is an investment director and has been managing funds for private clients and trustees since 1993. She joined Rathbones in July 2000 from Close Brothers where she was director of Private Asset Management (formerly Rea Brothers). She spent most of her career at Rea Brothers starting off in foreign exchange and moving to the investment management department in 1989. Natalie passed her General Registered Representative exam in 1989 and has been a Diploma Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment since 1993.

I have significant expertise and experience in working with business owners or other equity holders, on the personal wealth implications of selling a business. Focusing on each client's unique situation I assist with portfolio construction, asset allocation and investment management, as well as considering relevant holding structures and tax efficient solutions working towards pre-agreed long term goals.

Alex Clay

Alex joined Rathbones as an investment director in 2002 and manages a large portfolio of high net worth private clients, their SIPPs and associated trusts. He started his investment career in London over 30 years ago at Henderson Administration where he trained. He subsequently helped establish the private client fund management department within Murray Johnstone before moving to Premier Asset Management. Alex is a Chartered Wealth Manager and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments.
