Rathbones ("the Company") today announces that, further to its announcement at its full year results on 27 February 2026, it is today launching a programme to purchase ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), up to a maximum consideration of £20 million (the "Programme").

The Company has entered into an irrevocable commitment with Merrill Lynch International ("MLI") to manage the Programme and to make trading decisions under the Programme independently of the Company. Under the Programme MLI will purchase Ordinary Shares as riskless principal for a maximum
