Ebony Burke

Ebony is a Trust Compliance Assistant Manager with eight years’ experience in the trust sector. She joined Rathbones in 2025, bringing with her a strong background in trust administration and tax compliance gained through her roles at other established organisations.

In her current role, Ebony oversees the delivery of trust compliance services, supports the development of junior team members, and acts as a key point of contact within the compliance team. She works closely with colleagues to ensure deadlines are met, compliance standards are maintained and a high-quality service is delivered to trustees and beneficiaries.

Ebony is AAT Level 3 qualified and is currently working towards her AAT Level 4 qualification, demonstrating her commitment to continuing professional development and enhancing her technical expertise within the trust and compliance sector.
