Robert Unsworth

Rob joined Rathbones in 2017 and brings over 20 years of experience in investment management. He began his career in 2000, working with a number of regional stockbroking firms before spending 13 years with Brown Shipley in their Manchester office.

Rob is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and holds the Chartered Wealth Manager qualification, alongside an honours degree in Accounting.

At Rathbones, Rob is responsible for managing multi-asset investment portfolios on behalf of private individuals, trustees, and pension funds. He is committed to building long-term, trusted relationships with his clients and delivering a consistently high standard of personal service. His approach is centred on understanding each client’s specific objectives and delivering tailored investment strategies designed to meet their needs over the long term.
